Independent Machinery, Inc, (IMI) expanded its parts department 4,500 square feet to provide timely part shipments to customers. Within a 24-hour period, IMI has supplied parts to customer's doors 88% of the time. According to Nancy Foster-Morgan, IMI's marketing manager,
